Kelsey has experience investigating discrimination and harassment claims involving Title IX and other forms of workplace misconduct in independent schools, public schools and institutions of higher education. With a background in general education and labor and employment issues, Kelsey brings an ability to synthesize complex matters to her work and to neutrally investigate intricate and sensitive matters with discretion and efficiency.
Kelsey's skills include providing guidance to educational institutions in matters involving employment counseling, policy drafting and review, the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), and student and employee discipline. Kelsey regularly attends Title IX seminars and has received ATIXA training.
