Natalie’s practice focuses on supporting educational institution’s Title IX and civil rights compliance needs, including compliance related to harassment, discrimination, and sexual misconduct. With a background in criminal prosecution, Natalie has the skill set to support clients with complex matters from investigation through resolution.
Having been a special victims prosecutor responsible for litigating sexual and child abuse offenses, Natalie brings a unique and trauma-informed approach to matters that is unbiased and comprehensive. Natalie is certified by Fordham University in forensic interviewing of minors and has significant experience working with children in matters of alleged abuse.
Natalie also has experience aiding investigation claims beyond sexual misconduct, including claims of discrimination in the workplace and schools based on race, religion, and gender identity.
